FRANČU MAIZNĪCA (CADETS DE GASCOGNE)

These are very popular bakery-cafés opened by two true Gascons. The clientele, almost exclusively local, comes to enjoy some typical French pastries or others, with a local character, such as cinnamon buns or biezpiens turnovers. Everything is prepared and baked on the spot in front of the customers during the day. Like many Latvians, you can enjoy a coffee while reading the international press with French music playing in the background.
