After moving to a new location in 2017, the former Chomsky Bar has taken on a new name but it's still one of the coolest underground bars in Rīga. To get there, you have to enter a faded house through a small door and then go upstairs. Don't be fooled by the exterior, you'll be surprised once you get inside. The clientele is mostly hipsters and they drink good local beer, but also good wine and cocktails. All this with alternative music, of course.
