If you want to see what a Latvian café looked like in the 1930s with its hint of Art Deco, then come here. Even the music is very often adapted to this world. This elegant establishment with period furniture offers a variety of delicious chocolates, desserts, cakes and sweets. It's simply exquisite and cosy with its hushed atmosphere. As for the service, it is always welcoming and friendly. Keep in mind, however, that this beautiful nostalgia for pre-communist Latvia does not come cheap...
