The Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter is an elegant, renovated hotel. It's just a 6-minute walk from the Toulouse streetcar stop and 12 minutes from the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. Classic rooms offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and desks with ergonomic chairs. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the inner garden or the street. The hotel also offers a restaurant-bar decorated in retro style, an outdoor pool in a courtyard, a fitness center, meeting rooms and a business center. It was a terrible experience, to say the least. The staff continued to enter our room even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR THE ENTIRE TIME OF OUR STAY. The rooms are extremely small and overpriced. The iron was nasty, so we couldn't iron because there was brown stuff coming out of the iron. We are never going back to this hotel.

Accosted by employees! I returned to the hotel and walked to the elevator. An employee yelled at me to show my room key. I asked why and they said “you know why”. Confused, I showed my key and they stated that I should have known to show my room key (a request that had not been required since my stay began). The employees told me that I was told this upon check in. I was not told this at check in and the three employees were not there upon my check in so they don’t know what was stated at that time. They continued talking to each other saying guests don’t listen. They were very disrespectful. I was appalled! The Sheraton should train their employees to be professional and respectful to ALL guests. I will never stay here again and will tell friends, family, and my company, to never use this hotel due to unprofessionalism.
