The front desk and bar staff are very pretentious and unwelcoming. Particularly, the evening gentlemen (not Roman, the older one) and the bartenders were so pretentious it was unbearable.
The drinks at the bar were good, and I enjoyed that they had a display, but I was unaware of how religious the hotel was before booking...
The is a hotel in desperate need of updates, though. The carpets are worn and need to be replaced. The floor of my hotel room had dips and wasnt even... the windows are super thin and old and there was mold in the corners. Both elevators were very squeaky and made me nervous.
Also! I want to echo what other reviews have said about their "daily amenities fee" they have no pool, no spa, no room service and yet I was charged $70 for an amenities fee?? They didn't tell me that the charge was coming and just charged my card the morning of my last stay!!
When I asked the woman about it at the front desk, she said that they took the fee out of the deposit taken for incidentals.... I was told that deposit was going to be returned but it was not....
I was very happy with everything until they threw in the hidden fees so now I'm writing this review.
As a woman traveling solo for work though I felt safe but that's the bare minimum!
