Best hotel hands down in Nola, the staff were unbelievably awesome, Jade, Arthur, you know we love you!!! Chicago loves you!!! You were so accommodating and wonderful to me, my mom, and my kid !
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that visits NOLA. Rooms are beautiful, lobby immaculate. And I will be back for sure!!! Could not have felt more at home!!!!

The front desk is very unorganized and it seems like every staff member has different information. They are all nice, but they don't know what is going on. We booked for a group back in February, and when we got there, each individual person we talked to pulled up different information about our booking, and because we were rolling in at different times, they kept not having people checked in; it as so confusing. We also had to pay in full up front the first day, including the $200 deposit, which we weren't told would happen. We were originally told we would pay at the end of the stay. Our original payment to reserve the rooms wasn't applied to our final bills, which we are still trying to figure out.

A lot of the rooms don't have windows, which is creepy, but you don't know which one you'll get. The rooms are nice enough, although I didn't have sheets on my bed, just a pillow top cover; it was interesting. There's no microwave in the rooms or for guests to use; the staff was nice enough to let me use the one in their break room.

The staff were nice, it just doesn't seem like they know what is going on. I don't recommend this place; it's a huge hassle.

Unusual rooms (high ceilings! No windows!) but it’s comfortable, well located and has friendly service.

Lack of room service! Service stucks! Rooms smells and muggy! Don’t recommend. Bed sheets were dirty prior of our stay

The hotel is truly flawless in every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the stunning decor to the exceptional service.

I had a great experience with hotel greeters during my recent stay. They were correct and professional in their demeanor, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

The room was perfectly set up to welcome us, and they let us go through it without problems before check-in time. The lights were perfectly set up, and even an old radio played wonderful jazz music from the best radio station in New Orleans. Thanks Francis !!!

The mattresses are very comfortable [a little fluffy for me], and the pillows and the a/c thermostat and equipment work efficiently. You might park across the street in an open parking lot, or you might walk one block to the Sheraton out parking garage to get a covered parking for almost the same price.

The room has a coffee maker, coffee pods, and a small refrigerator. Cosmetics products are high class, and you might buy one at the hotel shop, as well as bathroom paper, towels, and the pressure of the shower water.

The hotel does not include breakfast, but you can pick to walk wherever you want. I strongly suggest trying Cafe Fleur de Lis one block away or Mother's Restaurant four blocks away to get real NOLA food.

The location hotel is excellent, great, great. It was close to everything but far enough away from the noise of the French Quarter. By the way, the hotel's windows are two, much better than double-glazed windows.

We hope to enjoy New Orleans soon, staying at the Pelham again.
