Located in a skyscraper, the Windsor Court Hotel is a European-style luxury hotel in New Orleans. It's just a 3-minute walk from the boutiques of Canal Place, offering an ideal location for shopping enthusiasts. Rooms are elegantly decorated in English style and feature Italian marble bathrooms, iPod docks and free Wi-Fi. Suites feature a wet bar and some even have balconies. Guests in club rooms have access to a private lounge where they can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast, snacks, drinks and evening hors d'oeuvres. There are four restaurants, including a stately lounge where afternoon tea is served, and a lounge bar that hosts jazz concerts. Wi-Fi is free, but there is a charge for breakfast and parking. The hotel is accessible to disabled guests. Guests have given high marks to the hotel's rooms, location, services and facilities.
Shout out to the services of this hotel! Because as I told them my problem, Eric at the front desk suggested to move to a higher floor room facing the city. That solved my problem and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay! The outside noise is still there but faintly since we were higher up and facing the city. Location of this hotel is great! Very convenient walking distance to French quarter and many good restaurants.
