Reasonably priced hotel with large, comfortable rooms, some with a view of the street from the balcony.

Located on a quieter street in the French Quarter, this hotel is less than a ten-minute walk to all points of interest. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the decor is more in the tones of large, inexpensive hotel chains. Some have balconies overlooking the street or the lovely courtyard with an in-ground pool and deck chairs. The hotel also has a gym open 24 hours a day and a restaurant-bar, the Bistreaux, located on the first floor. A good address with rather reasonable prices for the location.

This hotel is horrible. Paid over $800 and it’s dirty, there is mold in the bathroom, our view is a dirty brick building. The cheapest thing for breakfast is $11 yogurt. Staff seems annoyed to help with anything. The gym did not have an equipment that worked and only had weights over 50 pounds. TV does not work and maintenance does not show up to fix it after being called twice. Pen is scribbled on the comforter and fridge is dirty as well.

My husband and I stayed at the Maison Dupuy for our anniversary and his birthday. It was a disaster! The hotel needs to be updated. The suites should not be called suites because they are very small, some don’t have tables or extra seating. The internet nor the TV was in service. They did not disclose that information at check-in. We were not able to watch TV or connect our devices. The temperature during our stay in NOLA was in the 50s-60s….the HVAC did not work. Our room was either too cold or too hot. The maintenance guy has no idea what he was doing. He told us if we left the shower on, the room would eventually heat up!
Please…… do not stay here!

Black mold growing in the shower, leaking sink, unpredictable toilet, large and dark colored stain on bedding, red sticky stuff on the door. This place is so much dirtier than other places in the French Quarter. My tolerance for ‘dirtiness’ is quite high; I do not need a fancy, newly renovated hotel. However, this place is absolutely nasty. I have stayed at way cleaner hotels in the French quarter for the same price. Do not stay here. Also, Wifi and LTE service does not work (which would be fine for me if it was clean). I do not understand how this place isn't reviewed more poorly on average ????

Love the location. It is getting a bit run down. Invest in yourself. It would be greatly appreciated.

Here for a wedding this past weekend. 3 of 4 rooms I visited had some form of mold. Lack of internet throughout. Windows leaking causing clothes on the floor IN THE ROOM to get soaked. 5 min walk to bourbon street.
