Small hotel on a corner of Bourbon Street, ideal for long stays, with small houses and a pool
Located one block from Bourbon Street and three from Canal Street, this small hotel is perfect for extended stays. Its 17 units all have full kitchens, from cutlery to dishwashers, and some have two bedrooms. Three small 19th-century houses (from former slave quarters) border a pool and spa in the backyard. For parking, you can reserve your spot online in advance at Premium Parking, located just steps away at the corner of Dauphine and Iberville streets.

My mother and her husband also stayed here and their room was equally as fantastic! They had a secluded space on the other side of the pool and it was perfect for them. The apartment style room was perfect to bring back meals to make for themselves and utilize the full kitchen, which they loved.
We did not utilize the pool or heated spa attached since it was 40 degrees on Halloween, but it was very well kept and other guests looked to thoroughly enjoy it! The space all-in-all was very clean and well kept!
I saw others did mention the location - We visit the Quarter often and the location of this hotel cannot be beat! You are just a few blocks away from the action and shopping on Royal and Bourbon, but have the luxury of a quiet, peaceful rest at night!
Thank you again Grenoble House for having us and making our wedding more than we could have ever dreamed!
Loved the charm we felt as soon as we walked in and were greeted by "Champagne" at the front desk. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the French Quarter.
