A little away from tourist tours, Brigtsen's is a good place to taste local Creole cuisine. A good address in a typical house in the neighborhood. The menu changes every day. The chef and owner Frank Brigtsen likes to cook with the fresh products he finds on site. It is known for its rabbit and its seafood plateau. It's really very cool, maybe one of the reasons why it's absolutely necessary to reserve for a chance to eat there.
