The Bywater neighborhood is full of little gems and this one is no exception. Open for nearly 20 years, The Joint is one of the best barbecue restaurants in town. The good smells are wafting around, telling us we're on the right track. In an all-wooden décor with far too many frames hanging on the wall, we let ourselves be tempted by the plate of three meats (ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork) accompanied by pickles, coleslaw and a mac & cheese. We still dream about it...
