MOPHO

Part of the Maypop and Rum and the Lash family, Mopho is the restaurant of chef/owner Michael Gulotta. It honors Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of the Mid-City district. As its name suggests, the famous pho soup is the star of the place (including the Hangover Pho for the hard aftermath of the night before...), but the menu also includes all sorts of delicious rice or vermicelli bowls, spring rolls, hybrid sandwiches between banh mi and po-boy, etc. Perfect for a break on the go!
