This restaurant is very representative of New Orleans and its cuisine. Far from downtown, it is a good place to escape the tourist attractions and meet the locals. Even if the place is noisy and crowded, the food is good and the service excellent. You must try the shrimp & alligator sausage cheesecake with shrimp and alligator, the fried green tomatoes with shrimp remoulade. Don't be in a hurry! Everything is prepared on site and to order.

On a déjeuné chez Jacques-Imos Café pendant notre voyage à La Nouvelle-Orléans. La cuisine était un régal pour les yeux et les papilles. Satisfaite!
