Everything is home and the kitchen is typical, seasonal and rather focused on meat. Among the specialities not to be missed are the ricotta (like ravioli) ricotta - pistachio, wild fennel pasta, mixed grills and cutlets, without forgetting the desserts like the famous cannoli or the home cassata. If you're in Castglione di Sicilia this is the place to be. Located in a small square we had fabulous food there. The hosts were super helpful and made sure we had a lovely dinner. My wife had an accident earlier in the day and arrived late from hospital. The hosts got out of their way to help her and prepare a lovely plate of pasta even if the time was really late. We will return there at first opportunity.
