Charming B&B with a barbecue in the garden and a terrace with a view of Etna and the sea

This charming B&B is set in a master property restored in the respect of its history. The living room is a marvel, thanks to its mosaic floor and period furniture. As are the spacious and luminous bedrooms, some of which are decorated with frescoes on the ceilings from the 1900s. Awesome. The breakfast is well taken care of (home-made or artisanal products). Breakfast is served on a terrace with a view of Etna and the sea. The garden has a barbecue for summer evenings. Guests offer boat trips and guided excursions on Etna.

Siamo stati solo una notte, ma ci siamo ripromessi di tornare quanto prima. Stanza pulita, ben arredata e con ogni confort ad un prezzo giusto. L’aspetto più bello è stata l’accoglienza ricevuta, la disponibilità del proprietario sempre presente e discreto a venirci incontro a darci suggerimenti ed a raccontarci i prodotti e i luoghi. Vulcanico come l’Etna che è sempre presente in quei luoghi. Grazie!

Der Name Palazzo Giovanni alle Ehre, es ist ein unauffällige aber wunderschöne Gebäude.
Das B&B kann man nur weiterempfehlen, saubere, gut eingerichtete komfortable Zimmern.
Ruhige Lage mit wunderbare Sicht zum Etna und nur ein paar hundert Meter zum Meer, der von der Terasse gut sichtbar ist.
Die Terasse ist schon für sich ein Hingucker. Dort das gute Frühstück mit Früchten, sizilianische Gebäck und selbst hergestellte Konfitüren einzunehmen, ist der beste Start zu einem genüsslichen Ferientag.
Lieber Signor Silvio, man sieht dass Sie stolz auf diesen Palazzo seid und bei Allem viel Liebe dahinter steckt.

Abbiamo lasciato il B&B da un giorno e già abbiamo nostalgia della colazione servita sulla splendida terrazza con vista sull'Etna da un lato e sul mare dall'altro lato. Squisitissima la marmellata ai limoni del giardino di palazzo Giovanni. La struttura è in una posizione ottimale per le escursioni sull'Etna (capitanate da Fabio) ma anche per raggiungere altre mete come Taormina, Catania e Siracusa). Le camere sono pulitissime e curatissime in ogni dettaglio). Ambiente familiare e tranquillo. Un grazie particolare al proprietario Silvio per la sua infinita gentilezza e per i suoi preziosissimi consigli.
