Charming B&B with a barbecue in the garden and a terrace with a view of Etna and the sea
This charming B&B is set in a master property restored in the respect of its history. The living room is a marvel, thanks to its mosaic floor and period furniture. As are the spacious and luminous bedrooms, some of which are decorated with frescoes on the ceilings from the 1900s. Awesome. The breakfast is well taken care of (home-made or artisanal products). Breakfast is served on a terrace with a view of Etna and the sea. The garden has a barbecue for summer evenings. Guests offer boat trips and guided excursions on Etna.

emplacement idéal pour visiter la côte est, dont Taormina, Catane et profiter du calme des villages et de leurs petits ports. Possible d'aller se baigner à pied depuis l'hôtel (ne pas oublier de prendre des chaussures pour aller dans l'eau!) Hôtel joli, propre, terrasse face à l'Etna. Accueil attentionné de Silvio, délicieuses confitures maison à l'orange, mandarine, citron, orange amère...

Wonderful hotel! The atmosphere was amazing. Silvio is very kind and gave us a trial of their homemade limoncino when we arrived. Breakfast is excellent, with breathtaking views to the Etna and to the sea from the terrace. The homemade pistachio cream served for breakfast is delicious, as well as the pistachio croissant. I highly recommend Palazzo Giovanni.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato per 2 settimane nel B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Colazione su una terrazza molto spaziosa vista Etna. Marmellate di produzione propria. Silvio, il proprietario è molto accogliente ed è sempre pronto a darti un consiglio sui luoghi e posti in cui mangiare. Siamo riusciti a visitare Catania, Siracusa, Agrigento, Enna da quella posizione. Ovviamente Etna e gole dell'Alcantara. Consigliatissimo.
