Located 2 km from Catania, in the middle of a green countryside and offering a breathtaking view of the Gulf, this recently opened residence is the ideal place to enjoy a stay with family or friends without giving up the services of a hotel. The structure is composed of 4 entities of 12 standard, superior and luxury apartments as well as a 5th block where 2 suites are still located. Very well designed, these accommodations are spacious, bright and guarantee calm and tranquility, with modern architecture and bright colours. The very well maintained and gigantic apartments (ranging from 50 to 150 m2) can accommodate from 2 to 8 people and are fully equipped (garage, kitchen, balcony, fridge...). A supermarket is located in front of the residence, allowing you to easily do your shopping. The large swimming pool and gardens allow you to relax when the time comes. It is essential to have a vehicle. We recommend the apartments on the 2nd floor, do not hesitate to call, the staff speaks French and will be at your service.

Car park - secured, one car per apartment as we had 2 cars we had to pay extra for additional car.
