Great culinary art! La Locanda del Colonello offers typical Sicilian cuisine enriched with a modern and creative touch, brilliantly prepared by the young chef David Minerva. Fresh products are selected from local producers and the dishes are thought out with gastronomic talent, while remaining faithful to the Sicilian tradition. Impressive wine list and expert advice from the waiter. The three rooms of the restaurant open onto a small courtyard where it is pleasant to sit down. Attentive service.
