It is in a magnificent establishment dug into the rock that the young starred chef Vincenzo Candiano operates for a high-flying local and seafood cuisine, since the table has one star in the Michelin guide. Among the specialities, we can mention the yellowfin tuna on "caponata de Modica", the rabbit stuffed with Bronte pistachios and bacon, a kill, or the mackerel terrine with courgette leaves and dried tomatoes. Este hotel entrañable, tiene mi corazón. Por su encanto. Bellos recuerdos que atesoro. Quizás para algunos sea difícil de ubicar. Vale la pena. Amables, esa calidez italiana, limpieza. Todo es 5 estrellas. Ragusa maravillosa. Y Comiso❤️????????

Abito a Ragusa Ibla da più di 10 anni, in via XI febbraio, stessa via dell' hotel. Conosco, quindi, benissimo le difficoltà di parcheggio e di guida in quella zona, ma questo non giustifica la maleducazione. Ieri sera un ragazzino che lavorava lì ha urlato e detto parolacce ad una serie di macchine (me compresa). Pretendeva di far parcheggiare la macchina lì, dove ricordo che è VIETATO parcheggiare ambo i lati, e di impedire a noi tutti il transito nella strada. Rispettiamo e siamo grati che ci siano così tanti hotel a Ragusa Ibla, ma il rispetto deve esserci anche per chi ci abita. Sarà pure molto bello il locale, ma dovreste prima insegnare l'educazione a chi ci lavora.

Visite de cette ville superbe mais très grosse déception de l’accueil d’un petit monsieur barbu …le réceptionniste je suppose … une demande très gentille d’utiliser leurs sanitaires même contre dédommagement et un refus très hautain de ce monsieur .. qui m’a recommandé d’aller au bar un peu plus bas ou j’ai été très bien accueillie .. question d’éducation je suppose et d’humanité très certainement ..quel dommage de quitter cet endroit magnifique sur cette note désagréable

We enjoyed this charming and unique hotel in Ragusa Ibla. The staff was always friendly. They reached out before arrival and was always helpful. The room we stayed in was in a restored old building. It was charming and comfortable. The bathroom was indeed a bit damp but considering how old the building is, it was ok for us. Highly recommend if you’re in Ragusa.
