A few steps from the historic city centre. A clean and modern hotel. Some rooms are a little sad with their views on a wall… but a good address still to sleep one night in Agrigento with little fee.

Lage:
Das Hotel ist zentral nicht weit vom Bahnhof Agrigento Centrale gelegen. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, daher ruhig. Von der zwei Parallelstraßen weiter gelegenen Hauptstraße hat man einen großartigen Blick auf das Tal der Tempel und das Meer.

Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist einfach und mit einer Dusche, die nichts für große und breitere Menschen ist. Ansonsten aber sauber.

Service:
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine echte 24 h Rezeption, im Gegensatz zu den Angaben bei privaten Unterkünften. Frühstück gibt es bis 10.30 Uhr und verdient auch den Namen. Mit Müsli, Toast, etwas Aufschnitt, Obst, Saft, Kuchen, Aufstrich ... Für deutsche Verhältnisse nix Überwältigendes aber mehr als ein Kaffee und ein verpacktes Croissant, was woanders auf Sizilien bereits als Frühstück gilt. Wenn ein Zimmer frei ist, ist auch ein Früh-Check-In möglich.

Es ist preiswert und billiger, direkt als über ein Portal zu buchen.

Empfehlung:
Ich war dort eine Nacht auf der Durchreise mit dem Fahrrad und kann das als gute preiswerte Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Ich habe 50 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt.

Nice, smaller hotel near the historic center of Agrigento. The room was basic, equipped with all bedroom necessities and A/C. The bathroom was fine and clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Self-parking can be a bit tricky in the narrow, angled streets and alleys. I parked the car in a good spot and didn't touch it for two days. The hotel is also close to the municipal bus stop at Agrigento Centrale train station to go to the Archeological Museum and the Valle dei Templi. I liked the place for its convenient location.
On weekends, the nearby Piazza Cavour can be quite noisy far into the night.
