The old stones visible on the walls and the objects of a bygone era (antique scales, decorative handicrafts) herald plates with the taste of authentic Sicily. What more picturesque dish than tagliatelle with black pig can you taste? Perhaps the veal escalope with marsala wine, or the classic octopus salad.
