This beautiful and affordable gourmet address offers only three à la carte antipasti, but with a focus on local delicatessen and cheeses. Then we can continue with homemade ricotta and veal ravioli, with parsley, garlic, onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, then lamb in rosemary and red wine. A delight. The setting is a vaulted cellar (hence its name, "les arches") at the ideal temperature to house a collection of exceptional Sicilian and Italian wines in general.
