AMAT

It is the public transport company of Palermo, including buses and trams. The four tram lines are recent, the network was inaugurated in 2015. Line 1 (purple) runs along the coast from Stazione Centrale (central station), where the A and B metro lines intersect. It goes as far as Rocella (east direction of the city). Lines 2, 3 and 4 leave from Notarbartolo, which is also the departure point of metro line C. Line 2 (orange) goes to Piazza Armerina, line 3 (green) goes to Michelangelo/CEP and line 4 (blue) goes to Pagano-La Loggia.
