Kyaninga Dairy produces excellent cheeses made from raw goat's milk (Kabarole, Toro, Mpanga...) or cow's milk (Kamengo...). The best tables in the country get their supplies from this cheese dairy launched by Steve, the owner of the Kyaninga Lodge. The profits generated by this "fruit factory" help finance the activities of the Kyaninga Child Development Centre. If you are in Fort Portal, do not hesitate to contact the dairy to order your "frometons". Kyaninga Lodge guests also have the opportunity to visit the facilities.
