Charming hotel with comfortable rooms and a restaurant, the best in Fort Portal, a good address.
The Dutchess is not only the best table in Fort Portal. It is also a charming hotel with five rooms: three colourful, comfortable and fully equipped "luxury" rooms, one "semi-luxury" room with a "small corner" but sharing the shower with the single room (which has no WC). The Dutchess is owned by two friendly Dutchmen, Michel and Heleen, as indicated by the hoof-shaped key rings, the tulip-shaped toilet seats and the windmills lining the walls of the bathrooms. A nice address!

The lunch menu offered a wonderful variety of options, and the quality was outstanding. The pizza we enjoyed was fresh, hand made in a wood fired over, delicious and it made for a perfect midday meal.

The dutchess served every thing I want sow on the menu as long as I wanted it it was delivered including the crocodile ribs.
I also happened to forget my wallet in their restaurant, before I realized that I lost my wallet, they had already called me and everything was in it including all the money and my documents. That was really honest and lovely.
