The Gately Inn Entebbe, a small haven of peace run by the charming Merryde Loosemore, an Australian who has long been living in Uganda and also owns the Gately on Nile in Jinja, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels in the city. The rooms are tastefully furnished. The cottages, with their beautifully lined beds, Balinese shower and plaster are built, as in Jinja, from natural materials. The hotel also has a pleasant terrace and the cuisine is of good quality.

Eine angenehm kühle Oase. Das Essen dauert etwas ist aber lecker. Ich hatte rotes Thaicurry.

The three bungalows are very comfortable and have a great African rustic decor, the semi below ground shower is a great touch.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Very convenient for airport, botanic gardens, golf club, beaches and Victoria Mall.
