Will it reopen? Will it reopen? For the first time since 1995, the Capital Pub had to close its doors in March 2020 following the implementation of a national lockdown (need we tell you why?). At the time of writing, due to a curfew, it had still not reopened. In "normal" times the Capital is a classic of Kampala by night! Congolese rumba, billiards, small restaurants and cold beers (rather in the spotlight here...) are there, as are the ladies of the night and the thieves... So be careful !
