PARADOR LA SILLA

Located at the end of the pedraplen (earthwork) which leads to Cayo Coco, this rest area, topped with a roof of palapas (dried palm leaves), is the ideal place to admire the pink flamingos which flood the coast of the cayo in the morning! A small observation post has even been installed next to the terrace of the restaurant so that you don't miss anything of the spectacle of the Laguna de Los Flamencos. The food service on the spot is quite good and the piña colada, served in a pineapple, is perfect if you pass by in the afternoon!
