This sugar museum tells, as the name suggests, the whole story of sugar production: from the harvesting of the cane to the elaboration of the sugar. A visit absolutely recommended for those who have not yet had the opportunity to learn more about this fascinating process. A ride on a small steam train through the plantations concludes the visit.
