This beautiful valley, classified by Unesco, boasts a unique landscape and exceptional colors. It is not necessary to go very far from the village to be totally disoriented. A few hundred meters are enough to find yourself in the middle of the fields with red earth, near the tobacco crops with the mogotes - karstic reliefs inherited from the Jurassic period - emerging on the horizon. On your way, on foot, by bike, or on horseback, the peasants(guajiros) you meet will often be delighted to share the fruits of their crops!

Vraiment un coin de Cuba à ne pas manquer! Des paysages époustouflants, entre mogotes et champs de tabac. Vous pouvez y faire de la randonnée à pied ou à cheval (5 CUC de l'heure). Visite des fabriques de tabac chez le producteur, grotte etc. A ne pas manquer selon moi!!

The stay a few days in Vinales is required in my opinion for a tour of Cuba. You will have no problem of accommodation here, considering the number of focuses on the city and all the same price and quality (it is the trade of the city). People come here to rest and the view of the mogotes, hiking, if possible, very easy on foot at your own pace, even on horseback for the most silver. Tobacco plantations, pineapple and autes… a real treat.
By taxi you can spend a day to the cayos not far from there, it is one here.

Superbe vallée,qui se visite souvent à cheval mais aussi à pied ou en vélo.Superbe vue sur cette vallée depuis les deux hôtels de Vinales: los Jasmines ou La Hermira.Le plus sympa est de loger en casa particular et de partir à la découverte de la région.
De plus de superbes cayos ne sont pas très loin....

Cette vallée est superbe et facile à parcourir à vélo, pour changer des escapades à cheval proposées dans toutes les casas. Grottes à visiter, plantations, jardins agroécologiques, rencontres, les occasions de s'arrêter ne manquent pas et l'immersion dans la nature est totale.

Nous avons pris un guide dans le village; il nous a emmenés chez un agriculteur qui a torréfié du café pour nous, un artisan qui nous a fait déguster un cocktail de sa préparation.. il nous a expliqué les plantes rencontrées lors de la promenade le tout en français et avec énormément d'humour.
3h très chouettes.
