The restaurant (only for lunch) is installed in a cave in the middle of nature. There is also a discotheque (from 10 pm to 4 am) and a bar (try the excellent Ochun cocktail). During lunch, you will be treated to live Afro-Cuban music. During the day, you can visit the cave that once housed runaway slaves, called cimarrones, through a tunnel whose entrance is located near the restaurant.

It is the only restaurant in town that offers Mediterranean specialties based on pasta, pizza and olives with all kinds of sauces (hence the name). A good way to eat healthy and an alternative to Cuban dishes. It is also worth noting that the cheese (especially goat cheese) used in the various dishes is made on the restaurant's own eco-friendly farm, which you can also visit. You can also buy fresh goat cheese directly on the spot. An organic address and really different in the Cuban landscape.

Set in the walls of a charming wooden house dating back to 1879, it is probably one of the most famous addresses, not so much for its kitchen, frankly average or even disappointing, as for the pretty friendly frame (pleasant patio). Las Delicias of Don Tomás, a house specialty, would like to be faithful to the Spanish paella. This is only a very distant cousin… Side drinks try the Trapiche made with rum, pineapple juice and honey.
