During lunch, you will be treated to live Afro-Cuban music. During the day, you can visit the cave that once housed runaway slaves, called cimarrones, through a tunnel whose entrance is located near the restaurant.

Las Delicias of Don Tomás, a house specialty, would like to be faithful to the Spanish paella. This is only a very distant cousin… Side drinks try the Trapiche made with rum, pineapple juice and honey.
