Bedouin cuisine: Very good dishes of boiled vegetables, smoked wheat or rice and especially, restaurant speciality, kawaj (grilled chicken and fried vegetables) cooked in a faraja (terracotta plate).

For dessert, please ask the uncle's pancakes who hold the Pan Cake House next door, they are delicious.
