Located just steps from the mosque, it is one of the classics of kosher gastronomy. Many dishes made in a grandmother way with virgin olive oil are inspired by the old mozarabic kitchen. In a renovated décor, one can choose from a duck to étouffée étouffée, the famous bull tail in sauce (Toro's rabo) and then el pastel Cordobés (a filling pie of lemons, named «angel of angel», Arabic influence). Prestige is synonymous with the past because the place has been guided, essentially, for some years, to insipid meals of groups, damage!

On a fait une belle découverte gustative à Cordoue - Cordoba. La cuisine d'el caballo rojo nous a régalé. Vrai délice!
