It will also be an opportunity to know the quite impressive route of the Gálvez González family, which, after drawing its road in the building, has more than succeeded in its conversion to the production of top quality oils, regularly award winning in Spain and abroad. During an extremely pedagogical visit, you will learn everything about different types of olives, and about selection and treatment processes. And you can of course taste and learn to recognize the different oils. The shop will allow you to shop and test the oil-based marmalade or oil pearls used by the chefs of the region.
