This was the third year we stayed in an apartment in this residence. Unfortunately, the apartments are aging, the furniture also (Aïe the kidneys on the sofa completely ramollated!). Only the prices are progressing and what about this pettiness to offer only a catastrophic WIFI? (unless you pay 5 € a day! or 1 € per 15 mn)… when the smallest bar in the corner offers it free of charge. However, the building is well located in a quiet area very close to the sea. It is rather well maintained. On the other hand, spa and indoor swimming pool, contrary to what advertising advertises. At the end of the day, the price ratio is degraded to the very dense competition in Benalmadena.
