Although at unfair rates, it is a safe value (Belgian stewardship) for international cuisine. Above the plaza de Los Naranjos, in a superb, old town bistro, also referring to comic strips of Tintin, shimmers lounge or small terrace, depending on mood, why not indulge in truffle and spinach, by a carpaccio of Saint James or a home dessert.
