In front of the beautiful fountain decorated with tiles in Seville and surrounded by palm trees, on a welcoming terrace or in rooms with distinct atmospheres (traditional or more contemporary), these are correct dishes that are served but in riquiqui portions. Of course, the preparation takes place in accordance with regional culinary customs while providing small, originality touches. Very tourist and rather expensive because in several gastronomic guides, its service remains approximate.
