What a beautiful resort! We really enjoyed our stay. Our junior suite was spacious with lovely garden and ocean views. The closet space is amazing!
Cafe LUX* is very special experience. The gym, Padel courts, and water sports are world class with a great array of restaurants. My only complaint is housekeeping - our room was only serviced after 3pm everyday!

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory, and I feel that it is important to share my feedback. To start with, the staff at the hotel were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They were not welcoming, and it felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me. checkin delayed after 2 Furthermore, the room I was assigned was not clean. and the staff wasn’t welcome and even racist against the Arab nation. The sea activities was overbooked and some of them was stopped. They didn’t taking me in tour around the hotel even When i asked of in advance. I would not recommend it to anyone. I hope that the management takes note of my feedback and takes steps to improve the quality of service offered to its customers. Lastly it doesn’t consider to be a 5 start at all !! التجربة كانت جداً سيئة، المنتجع يزعم انه خمس نجوم وللأسف لايمكن تصنيفه حتى 4 نجوم، أبواب الخزائن غير نظيف والمغاسل ، ويتضح انهم لا يستخدمون التنظيف العميق بين النزلاء ، علاوة على ذلك كان فيه تأخير بتسليم الغرف ولم نستلمها الا 3 مع العلم اننا متواجدين من الساعه 11 ونصف . طاقم العمل غير مرحب و عنصري ضد الشعب العربي ! معظم الانشطة البحرية ممتلئة او موقفة كذلك . لم يتم اخذنا بجولة على المنتجع رغم طلبنا لها قبل الوصول ، ختاماً يوجود منتجعات اخرى بنفس السعر وعالمية ولا انصح بالسكن في هذا المنتجع اطلاقاً !

Blew us away! We cannot stress enough how luxurious this hotel is not only due to the facilities and detailed thought given to everything but service which supersedes anything we have ever encountered and we have stayed at many 5 star hotels. Specifically Ramen the chef for the main restaurant was phenomenal and addressed my allergies with professionalism and gentleness. Also Sahid our waiter was so very attuned and simply was phenomenal! I have not one negative remark.

Every thing wonderful extra helpful staff went extra mile with wife GF issue showing her what was safe and not safe at every meal and special sweets made just for GF never had that much attention to detail anywhere

Nice resort, very clean, room spacious and they have beautiful beaches. I must say the food at all restaurants was very good including the breakfast buffet.
We went on our honeymoon and I was very dissapointed when I saw that they had arrangement of private dining on the beach but no one informed us prior.
They were a bit slow with check-in, room not even ready after 3 pm.
For restaurants make sure you book in advance as they might not have availability.

Going to the Lux Grand Gaube in Mauritius was absolutely the best vacation that my wife and I have been on. The room was awesome, the staff was nothing but amazing, and the food was wonderful.. Her and I were treated like royalty at the resort, we did everything the resort had to offer, and it was just an amazing experience in Mauritius... we can't wait to come back..

Fantastic luxury hotel for couples and families. Many watersports included. Highly recommend getting breakfast. Lovely service and kind people. Would love to come again.

Belle experience a l’hôtel Lux. Idéal pour des séminaires d’entreprise . Vous disposez de toutes les commodités nécessaires (salle de réunion , salle de sport , tennis , golf … ). De nombreux restaurants au sein du complexe hôtelier .

We stayed two nights in Ocean Junior Suite with amazing private balcony view over the beach. Superior staff service, very friendly and prompt to accommodate any request. Delicious breakfast and amazing variety of specialized restaurants. Great spa treatment and lots of entertainments within the hotel such as Cinema and live bands at dinner

المنتجع نظيف جدا وفي خيارات متعددة للمطاعم وأفضل مطعم هو المطعم التركي
الموظفة يسري لطيفة ومتعاونة ترتب حجوزات المطاعم واي خدمات اخرى ممكن تحتاجها
عندهم بعض الانشطة البحرية مجانية وشاطئ للعوائل والاطفال وشاطئ اخر خاص بالبالغين
القهوة لذيذة جدا ، تتوفر خدمة توصيل الفطور للغرف بتكلفة اضافية بسيطة
في تطبيق من خلاله يتمكن النزلاء من معرفة الانشطة اليومية في المنتجع زي اليوغا والتأمل و الموسيقى وغيرها
العيوب بالنسبة لي هو شي واحد فقط ، خدمة طلب المشروبات على الشاطئ سيئة وتكاد تكون معدومة ،تنتظر وقت طويل عشان يجيك أحد يأخذ طلبك

We had a very bad experience at the hotel. One of my friends cigarette boxes were stolen and I would never recommend this hotel to any Indian or vegetarian people. They had 2-3 options for vegetarian except fruits out of the whole menu. I think the brand lux is only for Europeans or foreigners.
Though Chef Singh and Artee tried their best to provide us with vegetarian food but they had very limited options at the hotel. We stayed for 5 days at the time of checkout we were late by 20 minutes the housekeeping team came at the door and stayed there till we moved out. They might have thought that we were going to stay in the room forever.

للأسف للأسف للأسف مخيب للطموحات وما يستحق القيمه بقابل الخدمه, الغرف متسخة والشراشف كانت متسخة وتبدو انها لم تغسل ابدًا وبها رائحة كريهه،
العاملين بالمكان غير مرحبين ابدًا بالتحديد للعرب وللمسلمين، واتمنى الانتبااااااه للفواتير ركزو على اي شي تاخذونه وسجلوه وصوروه لانكم بتتفاجئون عند تسجيل المغادره بمبالغ اضافيه واشياء ما اخذتوها او مثلًا عشاء شامل البكج يسوون له فاتوره ويخلونه غدا وحصلت معاي والحمدلله كنت موثق كل شي بالصور، بالنسبه للمطعم التركي استغرب من المدح الي عليه كان سيء جدًا لدرجة اقل مطعم تركي فالسعوديه بيكون افضل منه !!
والبوفيه كان جيد ويسد الجوع،
الخيارات كثير فالجزيرة وعلى كثر المدح على ذالمنتجع كان اسوء خيار والحمدلله على كل حال.

كل شي خيالي في هذا المنتجع الأكل والخدمة الموظفين جداً محترمين ومبتسمين ويساعدوك فكل شي ماتحتاج تخرج من المنتجع كل شي متوفر كانت تجربة ممتازة جداً
