Hôtel idéalement situé, car donne sur la plage entre Trou aux Biches et Mont Choisy.
Il est facile de se rendre à Trou aux biches depuis l’hôtel et de trouver tous pleins de restaurants ou de roulottes !
Pour ce qui est du service, personnel chaleureux et accueillant qui sait aussi gérer les imprévus avec beaucoup de professionnalisme (être accueillant et agréable quand tout se passe bien, c’est chouette, mais être agréable et efficace en cas de pépin c’est encore mieux!).
En terme d’ambiance, l’hôtel est très vivant en journée et calme la nuit. Beaucoup d’activités sont proposées par l’hôtel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Privilege Zimmer mit Gartenblick und darüber können wir nur Gutes berichten. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet und auch das Badezimmer ist neu.
Das Essen war super lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Da merkt man, dass es ein Familienunternehmen ist.
Da wir Halbpension hatten, mussten wir die Getränke bezahlen. Die Preise dafür sind sehr human.
Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Also alles in allem eine Empfehlung!

100% would like to come back. We had an amazing time at the hotel. I unfortunately had an accident while on holiday and the staff were fantastic! They moved us to a ground floor room, they checked in on me and were fantastic. They made a truly horrible situation for me more bearable.
The food was nice, the manager came and made sure we were looked after. Bar staff were fab
you have a very short walk to the beach which is lovely. We managed a peddle boat one day and paddle boards. Service at the dive center top notch.
Jonathan and Sabrina on the entertainment are brilliant. I honestly don't know where they get all the energy from. Watching Johnath in Aqua aerobics was exhausting let alone taking one.
The rooms are basic but honestly, I didn't want to spend any more time in the room (than I had to with this back injury). We have already said we want to come back.

Beautiful place nestled next to the sea. Great pools, facilities, and excellent WiFi. the alcohol choices were limited and, after 2 weeks, was quite repetitive, a small point that didn't spoil the holiday, just a moan. Rooms were a bit dated, and the stairs could have done with a good clean. Beautiful country.

Nice hotel has 2 swimming pools & 1 bar.
Stayed for two weeks with my girlfriend on vacation.
1st week all inclusive & 2nd week half board.
Food is a buffet style with a nice 3 star variety & tasted nice, chefs were good & attentive with some fresh cooking in front of customers at places, food is as I would expect for a 3 star resort.
Our room was clean & we had 2 single beds pushed together to make a king size which was adequate & did not have a "gap between bed" issue so we slept fine. We did try to find an English speaking movie channel but there was none available only BBC news was in English, as we were here for sun it was OK but the sun goes down at around 6pmish so would be nice if there was a movie channel available in English.
Bar service was mediocre with some staff not very attentive & deciding to finish typing text messages before approaching customers & also chatting amongst themselves when there is a customer waiting. I dont mind staff using mobiles & chatting when there are no customers to serve but when there are customers, I like to be noticed promptly.
Activities were offered daily & I was particularly impressed by Jonathan & Stephanie in the activities team, who made effort to speak with us on several occassions & was very pleasant & great staff members, also Patrick the boat captain was also very nice, accomodating & friendly.

Pas d'animations ...1 seule animatrice fait se qu'elle peut..
Pas de spectacle le soir, seulement représentations régionales...
Et ne parlons pas du restaurant...très peut de variétés, les fruits frais inexistants , le petit déjeuner est très vite épuisé, arrivé à 8h et déjà plus de viennoiseries....
Si vous arrivez le matin,après les 10 heures d'avion, la chambre n'est pas disponible AVANT 14h...pas de possibilité de manger avant 16h ( proposition d'une collation.....attention arrivée vite car pas de grand choix et petit buffet terminé à 17h !!!!)car le tout inclus commence à partir de 14h....
Heureusement le personnel est sympa..
Attention en traversant la route pour aller à la plage, voituresss ....et le 50 en ville ils ne connaissent pas à l'île Maurice ????....
Oubliez pas des chaussures pour vous baigner dans la mer ( poissons pierres très venimeux en cas de piqûre) ..la responsable fram et l'hôtel n'éprouve pas le besoin de le signaler lors de la PETITE réunion d'information.....malgrés l'hospitalisation d'une vacancière.....
Et je ne parle pas de la nom prise en charge, cette vacancière à du revenir en BUS à l'hôtel après son intervention !!!!!!!
Alors que la responsable fram était au courant !!!!!!! .
Bref, pays très beau, mauriciens TRÈS GENTILS, on se balade sans crainte ????...
Mais choississez un autre hôtel....
Surtout pour la restauration....ça ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles ????......
Salle de bain à rafraîchir....
Très peu de transats et parasols autour des piscines ( 24 transats et 3 parasols !!!)

This hotel was totally amazing. The staff great, everyone so kind. I had a fall in town, hospitalised 5 days, broken shoulder, the hotel organised doctor, ambulance, and even visited me in hospital with fruit They were amazing with their help Cannot thank them enough
Before that happened on 4th day, my partners birthday and they bought champagne & fruit to the room and then later a,cake with candles. The room maid decorated room with fresh flowers & ballons, so wonderful of them.
Hotel is clean, modern super staff, have entertainment, most evenings.
Food was ok, breakfast usual eggs bacon etc or continental, loads choices, dinner in eve had a lot of spicy local things, not to our English taste, some days was bit plainer, plenty of choices, lots vegs, & chicken & fish but the best bit they had a beautiful cold room full of cheese meats, salads & gorgeous puddings. Lots choices at lunch too.
Afternoon tea was cake & samosas, all very nice. We were all inclusive and it was great, even supplied beach/pool towels and free sunbeds esp on beach. Such a pretty well run organised place (shame 5 days was spoilt by my accident) Definitely recommend this place

Hôtel très agréable et personnel très sympathique...sauf le personnel de l'agence de voyage "FRAMISSIMA" sur place dont la représentante, est très "relax" et très autosatisfaite alors qu'une petite remise en question de son comportement s'imposerait!

Ein an sich tolles Hotel, schöne Zimmer und top Lage direkt am Strand mit Freizeitangeboten wie Bootsverleih, Rollerverleih usw..
Negativ: Das Essen passt nicht zum west-europäischen Gaumen, es hat eine sehr indischlastige Ausrichtung und ist entsprechend scharf. Der Gartenteich im Inneren ist nach Regenfällen nachts unsäglich laut, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster Fehlanzeige.

Es ist mein 2 ter Tag, das Hotel hat einen älteren Charme was ich auch bevorzuge (statt Beton Wüsten), dafür ist die Gartenanlge schön mit Vögeln aller Art beheimatet. Zum Essen kann ich sagen, Indischer Touch, sehr lecker, das Personal kann sich Gäste gut merken, mein Credo..... Geben und Nehmen....
Pool ist schön, aber nicht meins, Strand ???? bevorzuge ich immer (außerhalb vom Hotel keine 2 min je Fitness)

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, parkähnlich mit sehr viel Grün. Über die Straße ist gleich der Strand, wellenberuhigtes Meer. Lange Strände.

What an amazing find! Set in beautiful gardens and across from a great beach.. coupled with attentive and accommodating staff who cannot do enough for you.. what's more to want! Looking forward to fabulous holiday! ????

Pour y avoir résidé 1 mois je peux dire que le Casuarina est un très bel endroit pour passer un bon séjour seul ou accompagné. Très bien situé (côte nord ouest de l'ile), la plage est sur le trottoir d'en face (une des plus belles du littoral), on est proche des "bons coins"...
Le service est top que ce soit la team du bar qui assure du matin au soir, la team restauration (mention spéciale à Anwar pour son sens du service et sa bienveillance) ou même à l'accueil (Naomiiiiiiie :D) on est bien chouchoutés. Standing ovation pour le personnel de service en charge de la logistique et la propreté de l'établissement.
Pour finir, Sonny le responsable animation ainsi que Floriane la responsable qualité font partie intégrante des rouages de l'hôtel (Five stars pour eux).
Jonathan saura aussi s'occuper de votre animation au sein de l'hôtel et surtout n'hésitez pas à vous rapprocher du centre de plongée sous-marine pour la garantie de moments inoubliables sur terre comme en mer (Merci à Pascal Stéphane et Noa, des phénomènes :D :D :D )

Meine beste Freundin und ich haben uns eigentlich auf den Urlaub gefreut, wurden jedoch absolut!! enttäuscht, als wir in unseren Bungalow geführt wurden. Diese Zimmer haben NICHTS!!!! gemein mit den restlichen, Einzelzimmern, die wiederum relativ schön, neu und sauber sind. Die Bungalows sind total abgewohnt, feucht, (große Wasserflecken), der Putz ist so porös, das er von der Decke bröckelt. Es riecht wie in einem feuchten Keller. Die Schränke im ersten Zimmer konnten nicht genutzt werden, da stinkig, feucht und verschimmelt. Zu guter Letzt befand sich eine, ggf zwei Ratten in unserem Zimmer. Beim 1. Mal hat diese auf unser Bett gekotet. Als wir den Vorfall meldeten, bekamen wir einen anderen Bungalow, der etwas besser war. (Zumindest war das Schlafzimmer einigermaßen bewohnbar). Beim letzten Betreten unseres vorherigen Bungalows, wollten wir unsere Koffer usw holen und sahen, dass diese eine oder eine weitere Ratte in unserem Schrank saß.
Das WC, die Kochnische usw absolut unhygienisch!!!! Das Essen ist in Ordnung und abwechslungsreich, jedoch teilweise schon erkaltet. Die Kochstellen, Tische bzw das Mobiliar ist abgenutzt und schmutzig. Es werden keine Tische oder sonstiges abgewischt.
Die Anlage Ansich ist wunderschön. Von außen ein Traum!!! Die Lage perfekt. Die Einzelzimmer, wie wir sie bei anderen Gästen gesehen haben gut!!!! Da selbst unser Reiseveranstalter TUI uns ständig vertröstet usw ist uns mit einem von außen schönen Anblick auch nicht geholfen. Das Land ist schön, die Leute im Hotel sind teilweise , außerhalb sehr nett. Leider würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen!!!! Hätte mich gerne positiv geäußert ????????????♀️

Superbe séjour à l hôtel ! Et merci à Rose de son aimablement et de garder mes enfants ! Les chambres sont super propre ! Et on mange bien ! Merci pour leur accueil ! On reviendra dans cette hôtel si on revient à l île Maurice !

We had a stunning weekend @ Casuarina, staff helpful & friendly, clean rooms with amenities, splendid villas with nice scenery! Thanks Mr Steve for being so caring with his overwhelming kindness towards our Yoga Team ! Jonathan & Sabrina too made our stay enjoyable with exciting activities in pools & on the dance floor! We will come back for the delicious food served & for the good location ! Perfect hotel to celebrations too ! Our stay is memorable!

Bellissimo hotel, cibo ottimo, posizione fantastica, ha la sua spiaggia, 2 piscine, il fon in bagno asciuga davvero, personale molto gentile, ha un giardino stupendo

Toutefois, dommage que les excursions et prestations proposées soient si chères, on trouve en dehors de l'hôtel ces mêmes prestations à moins 40%/50%...
L'accueil des mauriciens est très convivial et plein de sourires... Un joli pays a visiter... Que du bonheur...
