This bakery originated in Hong Kong. Since 1954, the specialty has been egg tart. Since then, variations of this pie have been created. Signature tarts include egg tart, pandan extract tart (a tropical green plant called padanus), cheese and durian tart (Singapore's iconic fruit), coconut tart, chicken tart and char siu pie (a pork-based pastry).
