Pullman is a Japanese bakery founded in 1978. Although bread is sacred in France... let yourself be surprised by Japanese bread. You'll see many Asians buying their lunch here, especially at lunchtime. The consistency of the bread may be different, but it's an experience you'll want to make. All kinds of sweet and savoury rolls are available (try the melon pan). Here, everyone helps themselves, so grab your tray and tongs, place the bread of your choice on your tray and head for the cashier.
