Old Seng Choong or OSC was founded by local chef Daniel Tay. The name of the establishment was chosen in honor of the confectionery run by his father of the same name between 1965 and 1996 (Seng Choon Confectionery). OSC offers a multitude of small cakes, local cakes and cookies for every festive occasion or just for a gourmet break. Traditional recipes are also revisited with a twist. Examples include the blue Coconut Blue Pea Flores Chiffon Cake, or the Cookie Gift set for a cookie tasting experience.
