Founded by Singaporean chef Daniel Tay, Old Seng Choong pays homage to the confectionery run by his father between 1965 and 1996. This top-of-the-range pastry shop appeals to gourmets and gift-lovers alike, with its boxes of cookies in revisited local flavors: satay, laksa, pandan, gula melaka... so many emblematic Singapore flavors to munch on! There are also some original cakes, such as Coconut Blue Pea Chiffon Cake, with its surprising bluish color. An unmissable gourmet stop at Marina Bay Sands.
