Singapore's only natural hot spring, Sembawang Hot Spring Park owes its gushing water at over 70°C to an underground aquifer heated by geothermal activity. Set out in cascading pools, the water is tempered to provide a relaxing and inviting footbath. You can also cook eggs onsen-style (rather astonishing!) and stroll along the Floral Walk, lined with edible plants and fruit trees. More than a curiosity, it's an ideal stop-off on a day exploring the city-state's verdant north.
