Located right next to the Guan Yin temple, the Sri Krishnan Temple is dedicated to Krishna, the ninth reincarnation of Vishnu. Built in the 1870s, when many Indians settled around Waterloo Street, it is the only temple in Singapore dedicated to this mischievous deity. Its gopuram, richly adorned with divine statues set in niches, is a real eye-catcher. What's more, you'll come across both Hindu worshippers and Chinese who have come to complete their prayers after meditating at the nearby Guan Yin temple.
