The Jigger & Pony, which attracts Singapore's golden youth, offers a menu of the first classic cocktails created in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. So forget the Singapore Sling and try the "Little Red Dot" instead, which should be "as rich in flavor and provocative as Singapore," according to cocktail master Aki Eguchi.
