Little frequented by tourists, the Shunfu Market & Food Centre is a real immersion in everyday Singapore. Mostly locals come to enjoy their dishes at unbeatable prices. The stalls offer a wide choice, from chicken rice to fried noodles, as well as char kway teow from Lai Heng Fried Kuay Teow, renowned for its wok hei. An ideal stop-off for good, local, inexpensive food, all in an authentic, friendly atmosphere.
