At the northern tip of the Seribuat archipelago, Pemanggil Island is still a jealously guarded secret. Perhaps because of the long crossing, or because its waters are less suitable for diving, the island is less frequented. On the other hand, it's a big-game fishing paradise. Schools of mackerel and marlin abound. They follow the cool currents off the China Sea. The coves are only accessible by boat, due to the cliffs and huge rocks that surround the island. Only a very disappointing resort allows you to stay here.Allow 1 hour 45 to 3 hours for the speedboat crossing from Mersing.
