Three magnificent waterfalls, to see according to the time you have and the weather, but preferably in rainy season to enjoy the show even more. It takes about 3 hours on a steep and often muddy path, but well marked. A guide is not necessary, unless you want to learn more about the local fauna and flora. You can get there by bus from Boquete (direction Bajo Mono or Alto Quiel), or by cab (12 US$). The trail is about 15 minutes walk from where the bus or cab leaves you.
