This 2-hour round-trip family trail is the easiest in the region, as the gradient is not significant and the hike starts at the roadside, before entering the forest. A pretty waterfall is announced at the end, but this will depend on the season, as it seems to disappear in the Panamanian heat. Nonetheless, it's a pleasant walk, with magnificent century-old trees dotting the end of the circuit. Many birds can be seen, including the quetzal with a bit of luck. Accompanying guide not necessary.
